I can't believe tat got designer so stupid enough to flatten the all objects(many) to the background n hve the chick to ask for color matching for a flatten layer. From the way i see the PSD file tat u done, i can obviously tell tat u r doing tis method of "La Chang Bu Zuan"(Pulling long to cover up short). Wat it means tat u keep on adding layers to cover up the spots which is the weakness of ur graphic, as a result, ur whole entire PSD is totally in mess, no sort veri well, so tat when plp in future want to make changes, it will be much better. Wat for u can split so many layer for reduclant details, yet the most important details, u flatten it all into one layer. BRAINLESS.

Next thing to mention, I hve never dislike a gal be4 so greatly like Nico. She was the former graphics manager of my company, then she switch to sales department. Noeing tat the PSD, main layout is kana flatten, she can still promise her client to make color matching for them. Then she want mi to recreate the PSD, juz to provide coloring matching for her client. DO U NOE HOW TEDIOUS IT IS TO RECREATE A FLATTEN FILE, WHEN IT IS NOT ONLI ONE, BUT MANY. Sha can tell mi tat in the past, if she encounter tis problem, she will recreate everything. EAT SHIT N DIE. She hve the chick to tell mi to recreate so many layouts, when it is testing my limits to the MAX. I spent the whole nitz doing tis bloody Creative Job for her. My forehead has become longer liao, coz i keep on rubbing it with my both hands when i am veri stress. YESTERDAY WAS TOTALLY A NITZMARE FOR MI. I regret so much tat i did not eat anything be4 going work yesterday. I work the whole stressing nitz tat i dun even hve the mood to go for my meal break, n work until 8:30 tis morning.

Okie, enough of my complain here. I need to cool myself.

OKie, the new guy tat join my department later, is kana sacked liao. Tat is two days ago news. I wasn't at tat scene so i wasn't reali aware of wat happen eventually. He quarrel wif my Dept Head, he knock off my printer's computer CPU, resulted its harddisk to hve problems, n hve to format n re-install every softwares again... Whether or not any more things happen on tat day, i do not noe. Anyway, he is sacked.

And yesterday, he came to take n return things. Hearing from my Dept Head, he juz walk straight in, n look for Boss straight away. Wat they talking about, i do not noe as well. Blah blah blah, then be4 he go, he saw my Production Manager, Simon, and he point middle finger at Simon. Wow... follow by ??? Even if he was to angry, his target should be my Dept Head, why do he point middle finger to ur innocent Simon. I oso dun noe, his mindset is totally out of my reach of guess.

Finally Yihao's banners r all printed last nitz. My mentally is not veri stable last nitz, so i am not sure whether or not hve i printed 48 pieces. So i told Simon when i see him tis morning to ask his guys to check whether there r 48 pieces. Haiz...

Recently my company is like veri unstable. Everyone's limit is like kana tested to the limits liao. I am one of them. Elaine, Nico, Simon, Hanis n Laura r all mentally stressed. Plp take last minute job, plp hve to do last minute job, lastly plp hve to fix last minute job. Thus, the chain is veri important. So if the frontline plp so daring enough to take last minute job, they r reali pushing themselves n the plp behind them to the limits.

I hve apply for a day leave previously. And tat day, which now we noe, will hve a veri last minute n cock up job to go out. Juz hope tat my leave will be approved n i'm kana spared. Haiz.
