Universal Graphics 5th Member...

My supervisor finally hire another guy, to be the graphics department 5th member. He is supposed to be nitz shift, pairing up wif mi to do the nitz shift jobs. Juz like mi, he will be working in the day during the first month, as orientation. So, i hvn't reali talk or interact wif him yet.

My supervisor says, he pick him as his choice from the whole bunch of plp tat come for interview, is becoz he has experience in working in printing field, thus he dun need to train him from scratch again. My supervisor says he is experienced, but how experienced, i dunno. However, he ask mi a question on Tuesday nitz, which stunned mi. If i was to draw my face into comics strips, u will see many "!!!" on top of my head, follow by a bubble thought, saying, "Isit he a experienced worker in tis field...???" Juz on tat question, i can quote tat he is juz like mi, dunno anything when i first join tis company. On Thursday, I am talking wif another of my colleague, n we do agreed tat he is not tat experienced after all. He can spent the whole afternoon till 9pm, doing juz a simple Carpediem job. Tat why my colleague oso tink he is not tat experienced after all. We juz dunno wat actually he says during interview, which makes our supervisor tinks tat he is a experienced worker...???

Forget to say, when i first saw him, he is limping... he leg somehow got injuried. Then some days later, i ask my colleague abt his leg, n my colleague says, he limp due to his leg problem, which exist every since he born. Oh my god, the way i see him limp, his problem may appear quite seriously. And my supervisor actually hire him to pair wif mi at nitz. Meaning at nitz, if there is any PVC, material rolls tat need to carry, change, load etc... it is all done by me again alone. I can't actualy ask him to do tat, wat if he trips n fall, then will be veri jialat... Like tis, the nitz situation is still back to square one. I am doing all tis manual work alone again. So wat if there is another guy to accompany mi at nitz, i still hve to do all this myself. Like tis, i might as well want a female colleague to work wif mi at nitz. Like tat i am even more willing to help her do all manual work. Haiz...

Yesterday nitz, i am chatting wif some production colleagues, they say boss will not let him stay long, or hire him after probation. Coz due to his leg problem, we can't call him to load or change material rolls. Tat means, if we need to do OT shifts, we need to find another colleague to pair up wif him, coz if we put him single to do the prints, he oso can't load any materials by himself. Thus my production colleagues feel he is not suitable in tis job.

Somemore today something happen, which even lower down my impression abt tis guy. OKie, wat happen, errr.... not suitable to write here when everyone can read it. :)
