My new guy finally comes in... And i need to teach him as many as i can tink of... Coz if not... next time he made any mistakes, i shall oso be responsible for it, coz i didn't teach him tat be4...

He came in Monday... And Monday is like suddenly so buzz... Somehow or rather, i can't stand Cheryl's voice liao... Coz she simply another gal tat is lack of huge brains... When Jeremy gone, and i take over some of his doing jobs, which belongs to Cheryl, i'm quite shocked in tat kind of lousy method way he adopted for doing, and i can't believed the kind of stupid terms tat Cheryl agreed to the clients first, be4 she even ask back the Graphics if tat can be done... When i pick her trash load to do, i keep scolding n scolding her blah blah blah... I muz say my atitude at tat time, is quite fierce... So more or less, now she noe my working style, she noe asking is important...

I nv noe tat teaching can be so tedious... I'm tat kind of person, when i teach, i will make sure i step by step teach out everything... Even for those things tat he had not came across, i will oso teach him, coz i need him to learn tat case study as a lesson as well... First night, i blah blah blah so long wif him, until i can't imagine, i spent so much time on him tat my things still hve so many left undone... As a result, i rush rush rush on my job load... Haha...

On Tuesday, i raised my voice on Kervin, due to his disrespect, and the people inside the room got shocked when i do tat... Haha... Quite a scene...

I muz say i'm quite satisfied wif tis new guy's performance... So tat, i had not been trashing him wif many work load... I pass one by one to him, trying first not to pressure him... He do has the potential, n i quite satisfied wif his working atitude...

Juz hope he can stay long in tis company...

Even wkend is raining, so sianz... Juz dun feel like going out... Sianz...

Back to Agnes's question... For changing template... muz really look into the template codes for changing... I verbally tell or write to u, oso can't explain well to u wan...

Anyway, i oso dun like my template liao... Sooner, i be changing tis liao oso... Juz wait to a time slot when i'm veri free...
