Fatigue Night For Mi...
A lots of things to print out by the night...
Initially, they say which is more important then print which one... but ended up, kana screw up by one person. He is doing the urgent design. The whole production crew is waiting for him to do the installing be4 they can go back home. He check double check, on the colors, dimensin, correct correct values used,layout correct... etc ... blah blah blah... Then he says he is on rush n wans mi to help him to send over to the printer at the production there to rip n print. Okie no problem as long as his job is "Siu Siu" no problem. Then i send over, rip it n print. When printing out... we realised tat the back to back design, the back one, is not inversed correctly. Meaning if u see from the front, it reads as "Apple", but when u see at the back, it reads "epplA"... I immediately call back to him, asking if tat is part of the design or wat. So, the result come out tat he done the reverse wrongly n ask mi to make the changes for him. No problem for mi, but the production crew is unhappy abt tis, coz they r all staying back, waiting to do the installation for his job. Yet, until 9 plus his job is still not yet printed out. And oso due to his job which is more urgent, we stopped printing the day 1 golf banners (ard 50 banners)... I immediately make the changes quick quick n send it over again to print. But tis time, the printer start giving problems as the yellow ink keeps dripping. So... in the end, none of the 4 EXTREME long banners was printed out @ 11 plus. The production manager is veri angry n call us to print the golf banners still coz tat is more eaily printed n is oso urgent. The whole night so many to print yet i oso got 2 jobs to handle. Another colleague working night shift wif mi... i noe he oso hve many things to do... So he say we rotate look after the printer. He says he will take over at 1am... But he *$^&@$%^@&*#%$&^)@ keep staying at Graphics Room doing his things n dun wan to come to take over mi... For the F**king hell i being running over to n fro from the graphics to the production, to do my job n oso to look after the printer. The score for anger oso reach 100. Coz i got one tough job is to color match... but the color printed out is not using the front printed side, but look at the back side. Coz tat is a IBFG backlit light box material. Blue when see at the back will appear as purple. So i trying my best to achieve the dark blue as shown in the hard copy. Shit shit shit... Until 3 plus... i tell my colleague... u cannot like tat let mi keep looking after the printer at the production. I need to seriously concentrate in my color matching. Guess wat... i leave the company at 7 plus today. THe color matching job, honestly i feel the proof i came out... the color is still veri offset, but i oso lan lan... My cyan is full liao... My magenta oso cannot add to high, coz it will come out purple... I oso cannot put my Magenta too low, else come out a cyan blue, which look at the back appear as light blue. Reali fatigue night for mi.
I guess today still got Day 2 banners to do... Hope my colleague will take initiative to rotate wif mi to look after for today...
