4th Toucen...??? Haha!!!

My manager told mi tis info tat boss is tinking of purchasing another 1 or 2 toucen printer(s) again... Hearing tis scored many "BIG" exclaimation marks above my head. Haha... If we r to run 4 or more printers now, not onli did the man power muz increase, the production crew force muz onli expand further... Else, complains from next door departments can always be heard...

I do noe tat we now hve many sales executives... Thus if everyone go clinching last minute job, n always wan their job to be done first... Of coz wif the current work force we hve, soon or later, many seriously cock-ups may occured... By buying 1 or 2 more printer(s) may help to solve the previous problem... However, doing tis will lead to other type of problems... Like manpower shortage... Clearing more space to house these printers...

When i first came into tis company, there is onli 1 toucen. So i onli concentrate learning tis printer onli. Few months later, the second came in, wif almoz every functions the same, except some new added features... i tok quite some time to learn how to operate tis printer... Third came in after some months, n i spend some time learning again...

Company is reali expanding veri fast now, if any newbie comes in now, he need to learn many things at one go... too much to absorb if i ask u to learn all in juz first two weeks... Too stressful oso...

Toking abt newbie, there is tis newbie here... The one i hate moz... Coz he dunno how to respect plp. He's in his company for abt 2.5 mths liao... And yesterday i heard from Simon(Prod Manager) abt a veri wrongful thing he done. Simon is so bloody angry tat he blast out the whole story to mi, in the format of scolding, when i reached the company yesterday. He n mi r already veri bros liao... So he noe i dun like plp suddenly niao mi for others' fault... So he scold in a veri funny way tat wun drag my name into the blame... Hahaha... Wat a funny guy. Too bad Simon. Tat crap newbie is not under my supervision, plus i dun like him at all(And his big fat mouth), so i dun feel liking to tok to him at all. Blame mi on my selfishness if u wan... I dislike plp, coming in as newbie, yet go offending "Old Bird" thru talks... Show no respect at all. Pui!!!

BTW, Simon is going to be father veri soon. Congrats!!!

When manager told mi abt tis additional purchase, my head popped out wif these bubbles too, saying "if as i will still be in tis company when the printer arrives".

Other den my manager & the 3 newbies... i had heard be4 from the remaining 3 old birds, on topics like now collecting back ur artwork for future port-folio, changing of jobs, date for submitting the letter...etc...

I believe boss will try to retain some when we wans to leave the company. But tats his business... It is oso up to the rest to decide where they wan to stand at tat time. I now start looking back my previously done jobs... Collect them back to serve as my next port-folio... Dun be shock if i upload them here... Coz quite alot n impressive oso.

I wonder if anyone still remember who is ZX???
If nothing goes wrong, i will be leaving company together wif her. Hahaha... [Jiro is such as jerk!!!]

I roughly finished hearing to Leehom's latest album -> Heroes Of Earth. Frankly speaking, i'm abit disappointed. The onli two fav songs i like is 花田错 and Kiss Goodbye. The rest, the beat n tune is like not suitable for my vocal in KTV at all. Anyway, the above r my initial tots onli. Maybe when YES933 play one of his album's songs many times, i may start to like the song den... Who noes...!!! One good example is Kenji's 我有罪.

I shall be playing 花田错 and Kiss Goodbye in my blog veri soon. And Kenji's 我有罪 shall be played during Valentine's Week...
