Company Politics...

Juz completed my first working day of the week... And i hve something to write so fast... Partly due to the lousy mood tat i hve while working yesterday...

Went to collect my passport be4 going work... Drop by at Bugis... Tinking of buying somehing after long thoughts... But when went into the shop... Tat item is gone... Haiz... Tinking to buy some other things to brighten my mood... But lastly hold back again... My mood was in a terrible taste when i'm off to work...

Shocked to hear tis news yesterday... Something occured on Saturday, resulting my Manager "making" a new Salesgal cry into tears... How does tis "making" done, i hve no idea... coz i'm not present during the time...

Joining tis company for almoz a year... I seen two Salesgal(They resigned liao) cried be4, and tis is the third case, which i did not see it at all...

I do understand tat Sales person faces strong pressure from Boss in hiting quota... Tat y they will take watever jobs tat they can add into their month's sales figure... But sometimes they take urgent jobs, they will hve to face the black face of Graphics & Production person. My Production Manager is definitely one of the dark face... Production crew is the lowest-paid staff in my company, and when Sales people start dumping last minute jobs in, they r always be the one burning midnitz oil. Thus, as the manager of the production crew, he muz at least show some temper, showing his frustration, to warn the Sales person, not to take last minute jobs... Wat a frustrating company politics...

Last nitz, i being doing last minute job for tis new Salesgal... Job clinched today, tmr muz go out... Production Manager is like volcano again, verging lava all over the office... Initially he refused to give mi bleeding for the actuals... Meaning i can't proceed to do the actuals even if i hve the approval letter... They played anger games, and my head is like stuck in between... causing mi to suffer slight headache yesterday... Mood is rather down+down yesterday...

I'm looking very forward for Nov 1st & 3rd Holidays, and desperately looking forward for my ICT in December, which will last for three weeks... Tat is reali one long break term tat i can hve after completing my one year of service in Universal... Next i shall look forward for my company's Lunar New Year board leave, which start from 27th Jan to 5th Feb... After tat, i shall get ready my letter...

Come to tink of it... I tink i hve release a bit of "Feng Sheng"(Air) tis time again abt my letter... Haiz...
