Credits to my PC, 2IC, PSs n DETCOMs...
Now i got nothing good to do.. i scanning my pics... thus now i type tis into a notepad first then transfer to my blog... haha...
As u can see from the headlines, tis paragraph shall be toking abt my PC, PS n DETCOM...
PC first... he's a great man... wif his almoz great body size... he always put himself on the chopping board to shield for us tis troublemaker platoon... thx alot Ryan... <^_^> he's a gentleman... i'm one of the 3 gunners tat reach 160 first... so i met Ryan be4 anyone else... first time i see him at Alpha(i tink he oso forget liao) office, i see his rank, wow three black chocolates... wow... then i say "morning sir"... he came into office to get his paper from the printer tat he juz printed out... he smile by n say back "good morning"... then he gives mi a good impression of "hmm... tis chocolate bar sir not so bad..." eventually he became my PC... A GOOD PC... wat i most "PeiFu"(meaning admire) abt him is his way to put his speech... his skills on talking, giving his speech is the best... even the worst content info when come into his hand, he will say out in the most positive way... wifout making us feel hurt... tis is a skill tat neither AFC or 2IC possess... the platoon noe tat @ first his power is not veri great yet... he is oso under the pressure from the top... so some welfare he can't gives us... but many time he go under table for the sake n benefits of us... thx alot... n another point i muz say... he is not a stingy(dunno spelling correct anot? Lazy to find dictionary...) man, remember in Kujarra, he fork out 200 or 300 AUS dollars to buy beer n wine for us to drink, as celebration for ur successful firing shot on the target jet... i muz say i enjoy the days in australia alot... <^_^> actually i wan to get a testimonial from u be4 i leave... but err... i oso lazy coz u mention to give u a template to follow in order to write tis testimonial.... i oso lazy to prepare tis template... so nvm...
Aiya... hvn't scan finish yet... n i hve so many plp to type oso... now is 2IC turn... i didn't hve much time to communicate wif him n to noe him better... he's the youngest in the platoon, so many things tat he do... can be understand given by his age... i believe he has the good character but he lack of experience in handling thing (actually mi too lah, not to say others)... but he's a nice n good person as well... n i need to use tis opportunity to thx u for letting anthony stay out coz he is celebrating birthday for mi... so if he has to book in camp tat nitz, he will hve to leave early... thx alot... i believe u will climb veri high if u maintain ur current mindset... dun be influence by those plp in 3rd floor... like surname start wif "A", "K" n "T"...
Next in line is PSs... u see 2 's', becoz during my stay in 160, i hve 2 PS... one is Lau Chua, next is Ah Teng... Jugding from Lau Chua's character, i noe he is a good husband n father... he noe how to save money n spend money... dun noe how many nightsnacks his wife n son eat huh... is from ur form box... haha... he's a good PS, noe how to protect his men...(veri similar to my BMT PS) the event tat i left the most impression is during Kujarra... Ur platoon start off wifout any luck... plp is alright but ur is always IA... not PSU spoil ya... barrel problem ya, breech block problem ya... aiya... so many problem... n one morning when u reach the site... u call the non-main crew to gather n clean all the rounds... the rounds tat will be used by ur platoon... u say ur gun always get problem... if tis carry on huh... plp may not even wan us to fire anymore... so the onli thing now we can do is to reduce the chances of getting IA anymore... so we muz clean the round n grease it lightly... to prevent it from IA... of course we clean ur rounds onli lah... others huh... dun need lah... tis type of action... hmm... how to say in english huh... hmmm... is "KAN"... but "KAN" to ur benefits... haha... the rest dun need to say liao... so by judging here... u noe tat he always do things so tat we as ur platoon will not suffer... will not be eaten by other department... we stay pride as ur platoon... haha...
Okie next PS...(*sweatdrop*)... okie skip....ACtually i do not noe him or go out wif him to exercise veri long lah... so i noe nothing much abt him... so whoever see my tis notepad... no i mean blog huh... so tell him come n see leh...
Finally is my detcom liao... the three of them... now compare wif the time i first see n judge them... is completely different... they become more understand tat a platoon needs to be more united... n not juz handling a platoon by fear n terror... i believe tat if u guys remain ur mindset as the same... i believe u will become great n responsible PS in future... where plp admire u... for Joseph n Andy... dun be too good coz plp will eat u... if there is things u feel should stand in ur rits... juz remain firmly to it... there is juz too many crooks in the sqn liao... lastly for OBS... i hope u dun tekan ur men to do things hor... like u say be4... things got plp do can liao... dun need so many plp wan lar... remember tis hor...
